The three-dimensional thermal imager system simultaneously images the target heat source from three different directions. It can continuously track the fixed-point temperature according to user operations, and it can store the temperature data within the target surface to the user's computer at a preset frequency. The system uses German Hyman thermal imaging sensors, and the temperature measurement range is 0 ° C to 700 ° C. Due to the customer's special requirements for the external housing of the sensor, it was iteratively designed using 3D printing technology. The system can realize the simultaneous acquisition of multi-sensor images through the operation program written based on LabVIEW.
